According to dictionary.com, mindset is defined as:
- an attitude, disposition, or mood.
- an intention or inclination.

Do you need all at once? I don’t think so –
What if we just started with a new attitude? What difference would that make?
“You better change your attitude!”
oh! If I had a $1 for every time I said this to one or both or our boys who are 13 and 12, respectively.

Here’s the truth about mindset:
When you change your attitude, you change your mindset. An attitude adjustment means you have resolved to feel differently. When you feel differently, you think differently. Therefore, you change your mindset.
I think if we just adjust our attitude, then our disposition, mood, intention and inclination will also change.
So how to start? You choose to change.
In order to change anything, you have to recognize that you have something to change. You need to take the time to recognize that you have a problem or an issue.
You have to PAUSE before reacting and check your attitude –
you have to practice the pause.
Just one attitude adjustment, one mindset shift can have a dramatic impact on your life!
