Here is the back story:
If there’s one thing I’ve learned since starting my business in 2012, it’s that I can’t take care of other people if I don’t take care of me first. In 2015, I decided that I was tired of getting sick every winter and I was tired of my kids getting sick. As an entrepreneur, I didn’t eat well, I didn’t sleep well and there were many days when I was stressed out from doing too much.
So, I set out to find a solution. I needed something that was simple, that worked, and fit into my budget.
The JuicePlus company fit all of those requirements so I started on the supplements. In the beginning, I started with two, then added a third and in March of 2017, I added in the shake mix.
We’ve been through TWO winters without getting the typically “winter cold”. The boys each got a cold virus but the duration was three days, not seven. I have not been so sick that I needed to take a “sick day”.
I feel better, I sleep better and I make better eating choices with every meal. I’m still not perfect because my three favorite food groups are coffee, carbs, and candy but I’m doing MUCH better!
I’ve lost weight thanks to the jumpstart of Shred10 and following a better eating and exercise plan.
Overall, I LOVE this product and it made sense for me to add an additional income stream to my business by opening my own virtual juice plus franchise. This is a zero-pressure, zero-nagging business venture. Currently, I am on four supplements and I use the shake mix.
(The Omega supplement, not pictured, is not available until October 2017)
The supplements are capsules, two each per day with water. I double up when I’m traveling. The shake mix is delicious, easy to blend and I can ADD in ingredients as needed. (Hello! Peanut butter and cinnamon!)
The boys take the supplements, too!
I walk at least three times a week, drink more water and get plenty of sleep. It’s a simple plan and I’ve experienced the results.
